This package is ideal for couples looking to plan a whole weekend of guest celebrations. It includes everything in the wedding day, along with two additional weekend events. In addition to the weekend of planning, it is also inclusive of procurement and assembly of guest welcome bag items, and RSVP tracking (inclusive of stuffing, stamping, mailing invitations and tracking RSVPs). For the weekend itself, Allison will be on-site in addition to a vetted/experienced assistant working under Allison Event Design to assist with logistics and oversee all weekend events.

This level of service starts with a $23,000 minimum, but is based on 15% of your total spend.

Your wedding day should be a celebration you can fully experience, free from worry or distraction. Even when we are focusing on this one day, you still receive our full-service wedding planning with thoughtful preparation and on-the-day coordination.

Our full-service wedding day package is ideal for couples who are in the beginning stages of the planning process and want to be involved but perhaps don’t have the time to commit to managing the multitude of details. We start with budget creation, venue and vendor selection. Then we customize your event design leading to day-of execution and coordination. We take the guess work out of planning your wedding and guide you seamlessly through the whole process for your wedding day. This does not include RSVP management or welcome bag procurement.

This level of service starts with a $20,000 minimum, but is based on 15% of your total spend.

Our Partial Planning Package is ideal for a couple who has secured all of their vendors and wishes to hire a professional to come in and tie up loose ends. Client communication starts 6 month prior to the wedding day and vendor communication is taken over 3 months prior to the wedding day.

We set you up for success in a custom portal, review of all signed contracts to ensure deadlines and terms are being met along with analyze the current wedding day plan to ensure the guest and couple experience is logistically sound, with suggestions to what may be missing.

The Simple Approach includes a call to review all of your inspiration and dreams, then we create a simple design deck that you can use to share with your design vendors that has all of your thoughts cohesively presented. This service is $2,000 and includes one revision.

The Full-Service Approach lets us handle things a bit further. We start with a call to review your inspiration and design budget, then create your detailed design deck and lastly reach out to the vendors to check inventory and make your vision come to life. This service starts at $14,000 but is based on $10,000 Partial + 18% of your total design spend.
