With over a decade of experience in luxury event planning and hospitality, I bring a calm, detail-driven approach to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for you. From opening Savannah’s award-winning Perry Lane Hotel to producing memorable weddings at Montage Palmetto Bluff, I've developed a passion for creating stress-free events where every element is expertly handled, giving you the confidence to be fully present.
Growing up in Massachusetts, creativity was always part of my life—from sewing with my grandmother to competitive dancing. Those experiences instilled in me the values of authenticity, kindness, and quality. These are the principles at the heart of Allison Event Design, guiding us in crafting celebrations that reflect each client’s unique vision while giving them the freedom to truly enjoy the day.
I launched Allison Event Design to offer a personalized planning experience, where clients feel supported at every turn. With over 15 years in the wedding industry, I bring a blend of expertise and grace to every celebration. My experience in logistics, production, and food & beverage means no detail is overlooked, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your special day with the confidence that everything is seamlessly managed. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or an extravagant multi-day wedding, I approach every event with a calm, detail-driven mindset so you can savor every moment.
My career began in the Washington, DC area, where I worked alongside top event planners and florists while also running my own day-of wedding coordination business. Before joining Allison Event Design in 2024, I served as Senior Events Manager at Montage Palmetto Bluff, where I had the honor of orchestrating high-end weddings and events in one of the South’s most coveted destinations. These experiences taught me how to meet the highest expectations and deliver events that are as meaningful as they are unforgettable.
As a former collegiate athlete, I value the importance of teamwork and collaboration. I love working with talented vendors to bring each client’s vision to life. My favorite part of the planning process is seeing how every detail comes together to reflect a couple’s unique personality and story, creating moments they’ll cherish forever.
When I’m not planning weddings, you can find me cheering on my son at baseball tournaments, hosting friends for casual gatherings, or hunting for my next home décor treasure at HomeGoods.
